VSIT reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any batch or program if required.
Fee & Payment Policy
Course fees, registration charges, admission fees, or any other applicable charges must be paid as communicated during the admission process.
All payments made through our website are processed securely using trusted payment gateway partners.
VSIT does not store debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI PIN information on its servers.
Refund Policy
All registration fees, admission fees, and course fees paid to VSIT are generally non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed.
Seat booking or registration amounts paid for workshops, bootcamps, training programs, or special batches are non-refundable after confirmation of the seat.
However, in exceptional cases, refund requests may be reviewed by the management depending on the nature of the course, batch availability, and admission status.
If any refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
Students are requested to carefully review course details, duration, fees, and eligibility before making any payment.
Batch Timings & Schedule
VSIT may update class schedules, trainers, course structure, or batch timings whenever necessary for academic or operational purposes.
We always try to inform students in advance regarding any important changes.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and respectful behavior during classes, online sessions, workshops, and other institute activities.
Any misuse of course material, disruptive behavior, abusive language, or unethical activity may result in suspension or termination from the course without refund.
Certificates
Course completion certificates may be issued only after successful completion of the course requirements, assignments, attendance, and fee clearance.
