At VSIT, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our admission and payment process. Students are requested to carefully read the refund policy before making any payment for courses, workshops, bootcamps, internships, or training programs.

Registration & Seat Booking Fees

Registration fees, seat booking amounts, or admission confirmation charges paid to reserve a seat in any course or program are generally non-refundable.

Once a seat is confirmed, the reserved seat may not be transferred to another student or batch unless approved by the management.

Course Fee Refunds

Course fees paid to VSIT are generally non-refundable once the admission process has been completed and access to classes, study material, or training resources has been provided.

Students are advised to review the course details, duration, syllabus, eligibility, and fee structure before enrolling.

Exceptional Cases

In certain exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed by the management on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of any refund request depends on factors such as:

  • Course type
  • Batch status
  • Timing of the request
  • Access to study material or classes
  • Administrative and operational considerations

VSIT reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund approval.

Refund Processing Time

If any refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method used during payment.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking partner.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted multiple times or a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the student’s account, students may contact us with payment details for verification and support.

After successful verification, eligible amounts will be refunded accordingly.
